I once thought that normal was unattainable. Yet, here I am a stay-at-home mom of two, who goes to soccer games on Saturday mornings, volunteers for a non-profit and prepares three meals day for her loving family. Back in high school I wanted nothing to do with normal. Here in adulthood, it seems that "normal" creeps up on you and slowly seeps into the cracks of your life.
My goal here is to write about my life, my family, my depression and how normal is both a word to describe all that and to be shunned.
